About Sujal
Radhe Radhe
I am a bachelor student pursuing B.S.C in Ashtang Yog (2nd Y). Before entering in yog, my life was full of stress, and suddenly a miracle came in my life. That was YOG, which totally changed my whole life structure. And now I am always happy in my life doing yog. And now my goal is to be spiritually happy, and make others happy too. Trust me, YOG can make your life easy.

He is really a good mentor and teacher. His skills are really amazing. Yog Nidra meditation is just awesome; you will lose yourself, and your mind and body will be relaxed. I have also tried it. You should definitely try his classes. And a special thing about him is that he plays a melodious flute.
