Perfect! Flexibility, command of knowledge, patience and good humor all were strengths that allowed our staff and client to maximize what Keith shared with us. AS a staff we have improved our skills and our client has better confidence in expressing himself more by being understood better. Looking forward to more time with Keith in the future.
