About Frédéric
I have been teaching for 7 years and 5 years as a personal coach. I have already trained 1,500 students including 350 for the baccalaureate. I coached 26 people on days with very different profiles (half-founders, heads of companies with big responsibilities, obese, people in rehabilitation, students preparing the tests of the baccalauréat, person preparing half marathon and marathon, person seeking to regain self-confidence through sport).
