About Shaunda
I have been teaching Health and Physical Education for 9 years as a licensed teacher with a M. Ed. degree. I have been creating and delivering exercise programs for 7 years (all ages). I coach multiple sports for young children. I have 16 credit hours in Nutrition studies from GMU and have continued my studies in the NASM PT and Nutrition certification process. I have been a health coach for 7 years.
