About Mary
I am a Jewellery Design Student Ambassador at Central Saint Martins with professional experience working in the fashion and jewellery design industry in London. I have experience in working at design brands such as Shaun Leane (Jewellery Designer of luxury brand Alexander McQueen) and AS29 Fine Jewellery, and have worked at Fashion Week's in both London and Hong Kong. Providing first hand insights into the creative industry. I also have a lot of experience scholarships and competing in design competitions.
My experience as an online lecturer and portfolio tutor at London Design Academy allowed me to offer courses to assist and guide my students on successful university applications. As a Course Ambassador at Central Saint Martins, I am also very familiar with the course, interview and portfolio system at the college as well as other art and design universities. As a prior full Visual Arts scholarship student during IB, I also provide excellent and detailed tutoring on IB / Alevels Art and DT classes.

My teaching methodology is very creative and goal orientated. I have experience as an online lecturer and portfolio tutor at London Design Academy, and has helped many students prepare for their applications on getting into top creative universities in the world.
I offer online mentorship and training programs for university, scholarship applications as well as portfolio building and interview preparation on any subjects from Art & Design, Fashion and Jewellery / Accessories Design. I provide full guidance to my students and offer tailored courses depending on each students interests and ability. I will guide them throughly through skills and tips on creating a successful portfolio and practice on essential skills in design, jewellery and fashion courses. Interview preparation will be a 1 to 2 hour session giving coaching on interview questions and tips on introducing yourself and your work.
I work together alongside each student on their personal portfolio and helping them to a successful university application. Support is offered throughout the whole process and space will be given to develop your own style and creativity.
General Visual Arts and Design Technology subject courses are also available and tuition would help you make the best out of your IB or Alevel courses.
Group sessions are available for students to allow critiques, portfolio / work sharing and group discussions.
