About Gladys
My goal is to help the child associate studying with success, encouragement, and enjoyment not fear or punishment because for an elementary student, it’s usually better to motivate rather than force them to study. Make lessons feel short, achievable, and connected to things they enjoy.

I know you’d rather play right now, and that’s okay. Let’s study for just 15 minutes. We’ll do it together, and when we finish, you can have some playtime. You don’t have to get everything right but you just need to try your best.
