About Poppy
As an English tutor with 4 years of experience, I’ve learned that the best way to teach reading is through joy and discovery. I hold a Bachelor of Science in English Language and Professional Writing, and I use that background to create thoughtful, engaging lessons. Children’s literature is at the heart of my teaching. I use picture books, storytelling, and creative play to help young learners connect with words. My approach supports phonological awareness and early reading comprehension through fun and repetition.
