About Azraa
My name is Azraa and I am a passionate teacher. I enjoy working with varied age groups of clientele and fitness has been my passion since childhood. I’ve always enjoyed running, sports and I’ve recently qualified to be a Pilates instructor. Pilates offers so much more than exercise... it allows you to still your mind and focus on individual muscle groups which strengthens that mind-muscle connection and tones your body.
