About Takiko
Currently working as a physiotherapist, pilates instructor and a clinical pilates instructor during the day. I look to dedicating my time in the afternoon/evening to people who want to start something new or create a change with their lifestyle. Helping and guiding people is a passion of mine that I would not trade the world for.

Tailored exercises based on the client's level of familiarity. Physiotherapy / Clinical knowledge can be incorporated into the lesson as well for clients who have pain. If a client is suffering from pain or discomfort, the first session will be assessment based. If there is time to spare, we will do simple exercises to start the journey.
