I teach authentic yoga in its purity of ancient tradition. Each session includes Poses, Breathing, Meditation and Yogic Wisdom. I generally employ combinations of 4 types of teaching methodologies: Demonstration (silent as well as with count or breath), Instructions, Observation, Touch (comforting, alerting, directing, stabilizing and adjusting).
