About Heyli

I love helping others improve whether it be through stretching, relaxing, or strengthening physically, emotionally and mentally. I decided I loved yoga and wanted to understand it and how to teach it to others so I stopped in Bali Indonesia during my solo world travel to become 200-RYT Certified. I love having this knowledge apply throughout my daily life and to share with others.

About the lesson

Everyone has to start somewhere. You can be successful at any pose at any level as long as you are always improving. You are at the stage that you need to be at right now. Listen to your body, care for it. Do what is best for the best you!
