Well according to me the class should initiate with the basics so first of all I ask students to know how much they are aware of that particular topic and after 5 minutes I sum up all the things we are going to study in that particular chapter and finally I go with the details and videos if required. Then it's my habit to take test after the completion of any chapter so that me and students both can understand their way to approach and I could also know where they are facing problems.
