About Triana
With more than eight years of experience practicing and professionally studying belly dancing through international festivals with Egyptian, Russian and Lebanese masters, in several cities such as Miami, Sicily, Venezia, Amsterdam, Malaga, Mexico among others. Winner of international awards: Bellydancer of the world, in Germany, prize for artistic creativity in soloist category, in Sicily, Italy and public prize in Mexico City. Member of the ballet "Deyy el Amar" giving professional presentations in Amsterdam. Professor at the Heartbeat of Bellydance Academy in Amsterdam. In addition to carrying an intensive training for oriental dance teacher training.

My way of teaching is structured and flexible to the needs of the student. If my structure is followed, it would be: starting with a warm-up, technique practice in belly dance steps, technical practice in movement, use of elements such as veil, silk fans, wings of isis, cane among others. Choreographic creation or revision of existing choreography. Explanation of rhythms, styles and origin of dances. Finish with a small stretch. I also offer Bellyfit classes, a program focused on cardio work and improving body composition through belly dancing, focusing on exercising all the muscles that are not reached in the gym.
