About Salvador
I am a former student of the musical composition career, I have been teaching for two years, I have been playing guitar for 12 years, I studied with Emilio García (Jazz Guitarist), I studied composition at Projazz and at the Modern School. I was a theory and harmony assistant. Currently training at Berklee.

My teaching method is based on the student. We all learn differently, therefore we all need different tools and different methods. My methodology is based on learning and not on memory. It is taught first, then applied, and then learned. Topics range from what music is, sound and its parameters, how to use the staff, major scale and tonality, chords and their functions, intensity and duration, expression, agogic and ornaments, development of a melody, the harmonic and melodic minor scale, the modes, the parts of a song, harmonic analysis, poetry and lyrics, literary figures, production and systems of musical notation.
