I’m well educated and articulate, all my cookery skills are self-taught so I’m well placed to pass this on to you.

Cooking really can be very simple and my main goal is to get you started and have confidence to try.

About the lesson

Self-taught, I have been cooking for 25 years for myself and family, looking to help people of all ages improve their cooking or just make a start.

Ideal for students preparing for University, anyone who hasn’t cooked before, someone whose circumstances have changed.

I will travel to your kitchen so you can learn to cook in your own surroundings. I can bring utensils if needed and provide ingredients at cost.

I can cook almost any cuisine and do traditional recipes or just help you learn to improvise.
