I approach teaching in a friendly and open manner and like to form a dialogue with students to see what areas they really understand and where needs improvement. I always think it’s best to go back to basics and build on a subject because if a student doesn’t understand the fundamental principles of a topic, they won’t be able to remember the higher scoring details that’ll help them achieve the grades they need
