About Ozioma

I’m passionate about learning and using knowledge to make a real difference. My background in biological sciences and healthcare has shaped me into someone who thrives on precision, empathy, and collaboration. I approach every challenge with focus, curiosity, and a genuine desire to help others succeed.

About the lesson

My tutoring approach centers on active learning, helping students build understanding through questioning, problem-solving, and real-world application rather than memorization. A standard lesson begins with a short review of previous material to reinforce retention. I then introduce the day’s objective, breaking it into manageable parts. We go through examples together, gradually increasing complexity until the student can solve problems independently. My lessons are designed for middle school, high school and undergraduate students, particularly those studying biology, chemistry, or health-related courses.

If you’re someone like me and you’re not great at the sciences especially chemistry, Ozioma is the right person to teach you. I’m currently in undergrad and I couldn’t imagine not having her as a tutor. She’s clear, interactive, and breaks down your material to help you understand.

Ozioma is amazing at breaking down difficult concepts into more digestible concepts. I had a hard time navigating a biology concept, but with her help, she made it much easier to understand! She is a tutor turned into a great friend from college! I would recommend her to any struggling student!
