About Felicity
Hello! I am Felicity (Flick) and I am a 22 year old female who is just graduating from The University Edinburgh having completed my degree in Biological Sciences with honours in Molecular Genetics. I have a keen interest in science and have dedicated myself to it over recent years. I am a kind, patient person who believes that everyone has the ability to shine, sometimes you just need the support in order to do so. I believe learning should be enjoyable and that a supportive environment allows people to flourish. I am happy to answer any additional questions!

I am a hands on teacher who, having been tutored myself, knows exactly the right approach to keep the lessons engaging and interesting.
I find the best methodology is discussing theory using visual aids, such as a whiteboard, and then practising what has been learnt using exam style questions and discussing the answers together.
The typical length of a lesson is 1 hour.
I have limited experience with tutoring, however I have mentored first year students at The University of Edinburgh and achieved very good grades throughout my academic career, so I feel I am the perfect fit.
My lessons are for GCSE and below although I feel if wanted I can tutor for A-level.
