About Emily
i am an enthusiast Biologist that likes to help and teach students about the wonders of our environment and animals. I have various work experience and university courses that allowed me to develop a well-rounded education in biology that I like to share to my students.
My work experience includes agriculture, hydroponics, lab techniques, entomology, fish biology, ecology and large mammals.
I completed a biology degree with three co-op terms, a research topics in fish research and several math and statistic courses.

I have experience as a Teacher Assistant in Intro to Biology laboratory, therefore I have used the lesson plans from theory and apply it in a hands-on learning experience.
I like to ask my students which areas they need help with: is it general biology or is it a specific area of biology that they feel confused?
Based on the answers they give to me I can create a study plan which i like to work with them to ensure a great understanding and hopefully a love for Biology.
