About Aleena

I’m a passionate and patient tutor with a strong background in biology. Having achieved two 8s in GCSE Double Science and an A in A-Level Biology, I understand the challenges students face and the best techniques to overcome them. My approach is all about making complex topics simple, using clear explanations, real-life examples, and exam strategies to help students feel confident in their knowledge. I tailor my lessons to each student’s learning style, ensuring they not only understand the content but also know how to apply it effectively in exams. I enjoy creating a supportive and engaging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and developing their skills. My goal is to help every student improve, whether they’re looking to boost their grades, refine their exam technique, or simply build confidence in biology.

About the lesson

My Approach to Tutoring • Teaching Style & Methods: I break down complex biology topics into simple, easy-to-understand concepts, using diagrams, real-life examples, and past paper questions to reinforce learning. My lessons are interactive and tailored to each student’s learning style, whether they need help grasping difficult topics or refining exam techniques. • Lesson Length: Typically one hour, but I can adjust the duration based on the student’s needs. • Qualifications & Experience: I achieved two 8s in GCSE Double Science and an A in A-Level Biology. With experience tutoring students at different levels, I focus on building confidence and ensuring a deep understanding of the subject. • Who the Lessons Are For: I tutor GCSE and A-Level students looking to improve their understanding, master exam techniques, or boost their grades. Whether you’re struggling with specific topics or aiming for top marks, I tailor lessons to suit your goals. Feel free to reach out if you’re interested!
