About Hong
I pride myself on being a bright, friendly, and exceptionally patient educator. My own academic journey wasn't a straight line; I faced significant challenges that I had to overcome through independent exploration and trial and error. This personal history is my greatest asset—it allows me to look at a struggling student and see my former self. I don't just teach subjects; I provide a safe space where students feel understood rather than judged. Because I’ve navigated those same obstacles, I can anticipate their frustrations and guide them toward clarity with genuine empathy and insight.

specialize in a comprehensive pedagogical approach that spans from foundational concepts to advanced applications. My teaching philosophy centers on active engagement through 'Reverse Questioning'—frequently asking students to explain concepts back to me to verify their level of understanding and ensure complete mastery before moving forward.
