I base my classes by building up on the knowledge the kids already have. I have certain mnemonics that help students understand and memorize the subject matter better. Using semantic learning and everyday examples to logically connect the problem to a more familiar scenario is one of my approaches that works very well with younger students. Making my student feel comfortable with the subject and achieve great results is my top priority.
