I have taught students ranging from Year 7 to Year 11 in addition to A-level students. My methods are very flexible and are tailored to the student. I make sure to go at the student's pace and have no problems with starting from the very basics then building up the student's knowledge from there. I have normally taught one on one however I can teach small groups (1-3 students).
I base my classes by building up on the knowledge the kids already have. I have certain mnemonics that help students understand and memorize the subject matter better. Using semantic learning and everyday examples to logically connect the problem to a more familiar scenario is one of my approaches that works very well with younger students.
