About Kgopotso
My name is Kgopotso Theodorah Mngomezulu. I am 21 years old, and I am currently doing my final in Biotechnology at the University of Johannesburg. In high school I have always been the one to understand a lot of topics easily in class and I found joy and contentment in explaining to my fellow classmates who did not understand. I never thought of taking teaching (education) as my profession because I was discouraged by my teachers who probably had their own bad experiences. I am always the one to help my younger siblings with their homework and, I often try to find easy ways for them to learn and understand their school work. This is what made me realize that I probably should have chosen teaching instead of the course I am currently in. I plan to switch careers as soon as I find funding. It's safe to say teaching is my passion; I guess

Kgopotso has good listening skills and a great ability to understand students' mistakes. She is very patient and empathetic, she understands students' needs and challenges. She has humility, doesn't pretend to know everything, but strives to find our knowledge and share it. Most importantly, she genuinely cares about the students and my favorite trait: she has a beautiful personality and a warm heart.
Kgomotso has a great character with a solid foundation. For the past five years that I have known her she has always proven to be a very intelligent yet kind person who has a great personality to work with different people with different personalities, she loves to teach and work with people.
