About Dr Sagar
I am a BNYS graduate (Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences). It is one of the Indian systems of medicine. And I believe that good health is the most precious thing that one can have. So I am here to do the same. I have been trained in Yoga (Therapeutic and General Health) for almost 6 and half years. I personally think of yoga as a way of living or lifestyle rather than just therapy or exercise.

"YOGA" is not only practice of "Asanas", neither it is an exercise. It can be used for curing medical conditions, and also be used for general health.
My teaching techniques are going to be specially designed for each and every individuals, because I don't believe in "One size fits all". So the classes are going to be specially designed based on one's needs and necessities.
My approach is going to be extremely scientific, as I will also be giving a lots of scientific explanations and examples on the way. By this there will be understanding of "what we are doing?" and "why we are doing it?".
My classes are for all the age groups, starting from kids to elderly people.
