About Amy
Hi, I’m Amy, a science enthusiast with three years of university-level genetics studies from one of the top 20 medical schools in the UK, and a genuine passion for biology. My fascination with how living things work — from DNA and genetics to cells and ecosystems — is what drew me to study the subject, and that same excitement is what I want to bring to every tutoring session. I believe that every student has the potential to succeed in biology, and I want to be the person who helps unlock that potential. Outside of tutoring I work professionally, which has taught me patience, communication, and the ability to explain things clearly. I would love to share my love of science with students and help make biology a subject they feel confident and excited about.

With three years of university-level genetics training, I bring a deep understanding of biology that goes beyond the textbook. My lessons are tailored to each student’s individual needs, breaking down complex topics like genetics, cell biology, and life sciences into clear, easy-to-understand concepts. I am passionate about helping students not only pass their exams but truly understand and enjoy the subject. Whether you’re struggling to keep up or looking to get ahead, I will work at your pace and make sure no student gets left behind.
