About Michael
Hi, I'm Mike. I am a father of 3 girls and I have been teaching for 30 years. I am Canadian, I qualified in America, I have taught in New Zealand and England in all primary year groups from Reception through to Year 6. More recently, I have worked as a Headteacher and before that a Deputy Head. Now I have chosen to step back from full-time work in schools, so I can focus on supporting children in more of a one-to-one role. I am confident teaching all areas of the primary curriculum and adapt my teaching approaches to suit all learners. I aim to keep activities engaging and fun.
