About Rivi
I am a Mexican Embodiment facilitator, and Visual Artist. I have a background as a yoga instructor. I offer online and private Yoga classes. In which I take fundamentals of traditional Yoga, somatic experiencing and functional movement -Bowspring-. I am certified as an Aligned Flow Instructor, Bowspring instructor, and I am studying and practicing embodiment concepts + somatic anatomy. I look forward to share my knowledge with others. To improve health, self awareness and accountability through movement meditation and exploration of the bodily capacities. I have been teaching around the world and I would be pleased to connect and keep sharing my passion for wellbeing and embodiment practices
