About Elia
I am a professional Muay Thai fighter with a passion for passing on my skills. Very detail orientated so you will always leave your sessions like you have learnt something. I am also a qualified PT so I am also able to bring an element of body conditioning and body pump, especially if the sessions are done indoors.

Learn how to punch, kick, knee and elbow with a professional fighter. You will become stronger, fitter, and learn a new skill in the process. The sessions will be focused on building skills and power but also getting generally fitter and feeling better about yourself.
