My teaching method is the practice of boxing technique and tactics, teaching each movement and explaining why it is done. In my classes I offer you physical conditioning accompanied by boxing theory and practice, training the different skills of a boxer as they are coordination, agility, power, strength, resistance among other aspects, as a coach I like to teach each technique in detail and take the time necessary to teach each movement, the classes are aimed at all ages and for all levels, which are you waiting to schedule your courtesy class!!
