About Kaishyu
I’ve been training Jiu-Jitsu for over 4 years. Noticing how much martial arts helped me throughout these 4 years, once I became qualified, I wanted to start teaching and helping others through Jiu-Jitsu. I taught a mixture of kids, teens and adults at varying levels and adapt my teaching style depending on each student's personality.

About the lesson

During our lesson, we will go over self-defence, Judo and Wrestling throws and grounded Jiu-Jitsu techniques. The lesson will contain light to hard friendly sparring depending on how comfortable and experienced you are. At the end of our lesson, I will send a video of everything that we learned so it will be easy to review
