About Karen
I can demystify English language and Literature learning in a way that helps you retain information and improve all skills of reading, writing, speaking and responding to a wide range of texts.
I can also help you improve your English Language from interacting with news articles and current affairs from beginners through to Proficient level.
I use templates and scaffolds and visual aids to make the learning interactive and enjoyable.
I use Google Meet as a platform and google classroom as an educational workspace.
I hold a Master's Degree in English Literature, Film and Poetry so I can help you craft a discursive or analytical essay response. At the other level I can help you respond to simpler texts identifying themes and techniques used.
For English Language I can help you using the Classin App for half hour lessons billed at half the rate. It is a fun and interactive way to learn English.

I will get you up to speed in any skill you feel needs improving from writing essays, to speaking in public to learning to write and speak better English. I can prep you for the IELTS exams or a school interview.
