My teaching is Unorthodox one. I Prefer Students who are weak as it makes it challenging to impart them knowledge. I like to use examples and simple terms to let students understand the concept. I tend for learning more than memorizing. Your grades don't matter until you learned something new and is kept well versed inside you.
