About Olivia
Hi, I am Olivia, an experienced Science tutor with over 9 years of teaching experience. I specialize in Physics and Chemistry, helping students understand difficult concepts through clear, structured, and step-by-step explanations.
I teach Physics topics including Mechanics, Motion, Forces, Energy, Work and Power, Electricity, Magnetism, Waves, Thermodynamics, Optics, and Modern Physics. In Chemistry, I cover Organic Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, and core chemical concepts. I can also support students studying Biochemistry and Chemical Engineering where required.
My teaching approach focuses on understanding concepts rather than simply memorizing information. I use practical examples, diagrams, worked examples and question practice to help students apply what they learn.
I also provide exam preparation, including syllabus coverage, revision, exam-style questions, time management, and exam techniques.
My one-to-one online lessons are personalized to each student’s level, syllabus, pace, and goals. My aim is to make Science easier to understand and help students become confident in solving problems independently.

My lessons are designed to make Science subjects clear, structured and easier to understand. I focus on building strong concepts from the basics and helping students develop the problem-solving skills they need for their studies and exams.
I teach Chemistry, Physics, Biochemistry, Organic Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, and more. In Physics, I cover topics such as Mechanics, Motion, Forces, Energy, Work & Power, Electricity, Magnetism, Waves, Thermodynamics, Optics and Modern Physics.
Lessons are tailored to your academic level, syllabus, learning pace and individual goals. I use clear explanations, diagrams, practical examples and question practice to help students understand concepts rather than simply memorizing them.
For exam preparation, we can focus on important topics, past-paper questions, revision and effective exam techniques. Lessons are conducted through one-to-one online sessions, giving you plenty of opportunity to ask questions and receive focused guidance.
