Professional Scrum Master is very much on-demand in today's market. This certification definitely adds more value to your resume and attract recruiters quickly. The certification is provided by Scrum.org. Examinations fee is $150. The exam consists of 80 questions and need to solve them in 60 minutes. The answers are of single answer, multiple answer, True or False, match the following types. Pass percentage is 85% which is very high, i.e., need to score at-least 68 out of 80.
The questions are mostly situation based and time taking. Hence, clearing the exam is often a challenge. It requires to read the scrum guide thoroughly, but, the questions mostly refer to scrum guide indirectly. Although, it is a open book exam, we do not find ready answers in any book to refer and answer. Moreover, due to lack of sufficient time, referring to a book and answering questions will result in waste of crucial time in the exam.
It is an online test, which we can attend from our own system. Once we pay the fee, we will be given a password. When ready to attempt the exam, we need to login to Scrum.org with the provided password. After login, the exam begins and will have 60 minutes to attempt 80 questions. The result is displayed immediately after the exam.
In this course, we will go through the scrum guide in detail, along with maximum possible questions and 2 mock exams.
