About Spencer
Finance is rarely about following a simple formula because context changes everything in the market. Most people struggle with CFA foundations because they treat financial modeling as a static task rather than a dynamic process.
I draw on 8 years of experience to teach time value of money, cost of capital, and DCF valuation with a focus on institutional logic. Having worked with 268 students, I know how to explain ratio analysis so it actually sticks in your mind. My approach relies on stripping away the confusion to reveal the mechanics of the market.
