About Malik
I am very much experienced in fitness trainings, with more than 7 years. I have worked in many organisations in Ibadan, Oyo state, Lagos and Kwara state, I teach basics on boxing, aerobics and flexibility. I am an experienced fitness instructor who trains and predict outcomes.

I give two hours topnotch programs with high sense of understanding, consideration and attention. Results are most often depend on trainee goals. I am a disciplinarian, friendly and also a very jovial type. I give free trainings at first in order to draft training schedule plan with dieting and subsequently I will give few minutes one on one fitness discussion after each training session to see training progress.
