About Freya
I am an experienced and enthusiastic flute tutor with 14 years of teaching background, helping students from school to college level develop their musical skills and confidence. My passion for music and education motivates me to support students in their learning journey and help them achieve their full potential.
Over the years, I have trained many students, guiding them from basic techniques to confident performances. One of my proudest achievements has been seeing my students perform on stage and express themselves through music.
My teaching style is patient, clear, and flexible, focusing on important skills such as breathing control, finger placement, tone quality, and rhythm accuracy. I also make sure that lessons are engaging and enjoyable, as I believe that motivation plays an important role in learning.
I strongly believe that music has the power to build confidence, discipline, and creativity, and my goal is to inspire students to continue their musical journey with passion and dedication.

My flute teaching method is built on Motivation, Communication, Integrity, and Creativity. I aim to create a comfortable and positive learning environment.
I motivate students by encouraging them and appreciating their efforts. Communication helps me explain breathing, fingering, and tone clearly. I also make sure students feel confident to share their doubts.
With integrity, I focus on building strong basics and guiding students patiently. Creativity allows me to include fun learning methods and songs.
I also teach music basics like rhythm and theory along with flute.
