About Carlos
I am a Spanish goalkeeper coach with more than 30 years of experience in football and sports training.
My approach combines goalkeeper coaching with knowledge in physical preparation, injury prevention, sports nutrition and other areas related to the development and wellbeing of young players.

Spanish
Specialist goalkeeper training for young players aged 7–13 who want to improve their technique, speed, agility, coordination, concentration and confidence.
Each session is adapted to the goalkeeper’s age, level and individual needs, with a strong focus on developing the technical and physical skills required for the position.
I also introduce young goalkeepers to Spanish-style goalkeeper training methods and help them understand important aspects of the position, including choosing and using the right goalkeeper equipment.
My aim is to help every young goalkeeper improve, enjoy their training and become more confident both in training and in matches.
