About Andrea
Hi! I’m Andrea, an ESL teacher with TESL Canada certification. I’m passionate about helping adult learners build their English skills with confidence. I have experience teaching students from many different backgrounds, and I create a friendly, supportive space where you can feel comfortable and motivated to learn.
I make sure everything I teach is practical and easy to understand, so you can feel confident using English in your daily life. I believe learning a language should be fun and useful. My lessons focus on real-life conversations and personal growth, helping you use English naturally.
Fun fact: I also write blog articles that discuss English-learning topics! This helps me bring fresh ideas and tips to my lessons.
Whether you want to improve your speaking, writing, or reading skills, I’m here to help you reach your goals. I’m excited to work with you and support you as you improve your English skills.
Let’s get started!

A little about my approach to teaching:
-Interactive & communicative: I focus on real-world language, so my lessons are useful and practical. We’ll talk, read, and write in a way that connects to your everyday life.
-Focused on you: Every student is different! I customize lessons based on your goals, whether it’s building confidence in speaking, improving your reading skills, or writing more clearly.
-Confident communication: What sets me apart is my focus on helping you communicate confidently, not just correctly. I guide you to use the language naturally, so you feel comfortable and capable in any situation.
What you'll find in a typical lesson:
-Warm-up: We start with an activity to get you thinking in English.
-New material: Learn through conversations, short readings, or writing practice.
-Real-world practice: We'll practice language in situations that matter to you—whether it's conversations, emails, or other situations—so you can start using your new skills right away, even in an online setting.
Who I teach:
-I work with adult learners of all levels—whether you're a beginner or already advanced. My lessons are perfect for professionals, travelers, or anyone looking to improve their English in a relaxed, supportive environment.

Andrea was my first English teacher in Canada, and I consider myself very lucky to have met her. When I could barely speak English, she guided me with lessons tailored to my level, helping me improve quickly until I became comfortable with everyday conversations. She has an incredibly thoughtful and warm communication style, and she also provided expert support when I was preparing for English proficiency exams like IELTS. Without a doubt, she is the best English teacher I have ever had.
Andrea is a very attentive teacher who manages to develop her students in the best possible way. She is patient and didactic, thus ensuring that everyone has a positive experience during classes.
