About Aurélie
Formerly responsible for marketing and communication, I decided to retrain myself in a profession that makes sense. [MY STORY WITH THE PILATES] I discovered the Pilates method in 2012 when I was working in luxury sports clubs in Brussels. Since then I have changed my job but Pilates is still part of my life. After 6 years of practice I decided to go further in my learning and to follow a training in order to become a teacher. Today, I am a certified Pilates instructor and offer group lessons for beginners and intermediates. I can also offer courses suitable for pregnant women and seniors. [MY STORY WITH YOGA] 3 years ago, following health problems, I listened to the advice of my naturopath and I signed up for my first yoga class. The course does me a lot of good and I discover a new passion. In February 2019 I decided to go for a month of intensive training in India in order to deepen my knowledge. I am now a yoga teacher certified by the Yoga Alliance (internationally recognized certification). I give private lessons at my home (Uccle), I can also come to your place (Uccle, Saint-Gilles, Forest, Ixelles). Feel free to contact me for more information.

I offer courses adapted to your pace and your needs. Whether in group or private lessons, they are different every week. My Pilates classes will allow you to build up your muscles, refine you and improve your posture. My yoga classes will help you connect your body and mind, relax and tone you gently. My goal is ALWAYS to see you leave with a smile, relaxed and better in your body!

J'ai pratiqué le pilates avant et je n'ai pas accroché trop agressif par rapport à l'idée que je m'en faisait. Aurélie est au top et m'enseigne un pilate de qualité tel que je l'imaginais. Elle adapte en fonction des besoins ou des capacités de chacun elle est toujours attentive et nous offre même une petite séance de relaxation bénéfique. Je recommande ++++
