My teaching method is individualized and project-based instruction. I will typically build a profile of each of my students, which includes strengths, weaknesses, goals, interests, etc. I then build instruction around each student. I like to incorporate project-based learning in my classroom, as well. This gives the students a little more freedom to incorporate their own interests/styles.
