I am a current highly qualified high school English teacher. I have a bachelor's degree in English Literature, as well as thirty graduate credits in the same content. I am well versed in teaching essay writing, especially for students who struggle to write. I love reading, and getting students into their books!

I believe that everyone has the ability to learn, we just have to try different ways of getting information into our brains. We don't all learn in the typical way, and that's frustrating for a lot of students. The most valuable part of being a teacher is developing and cultivating positive relationships with my students. Then, through spending time together and working, we figure out what works best, whether it be with reading, writing, or analysis.
