About Alesya
Hi, I'm Alesya, a passionate Hatha yoga instructor. My journey with yoga started many years ago, but my teaching career began after I completed my courses at the Fitness Academy. My passion for continual growth drives me to explore books on muscle function, body mechanics, and the depths of yoga and breathwork. Traveling is another passion of mine, bringing new inspiration to my practice. ️ On my recent trip to Europe, I delved into Hatha, Kundalini, and Ashtanga yoga, drawing fresh ideas and energy from each style for my classes.
