About Anne
Originally from the German-speaking community in Belgium, I lived in Brussels and Ghent. I have worked in very different areas in my life, but none of these areas touched me like Yoga. At the moment I travel a lot and would like to give Yoga classes at your place, in your living room, for guaranteed relaxation.

Anne est une super prof de Yoga qui s'adapte à tous les niveaux, même celui des plus débutants. J'ai beaucoup aimé son approche, incluant méditation, respiration et relaxation! Avec douceur et belles énergies, elle a totalement su me transporter dans son monde et j'ai immédiatement pu ressentir les effets positifs sur mon corps!
Anne est une excellente prof de yoga. Elle adapte ses exercices aux besoins de chaque participant avec beaucoup d’empathie. Chaque cours de yoga est un véritable moment de relaxation!
I never really tried yoga before, but this was a fantastic experience that made me wanna do more of it! Anne has wonderful energy, which naturally transforms the class into a peaceful and enjoyable meditation session. My body and mind felt great afterwards. Definitely recommended!
I had a fantastic session with Anne this morning! We did the Harry Potter yoga- an absolute must for any Harry Potter fans out there! 🪄 The session was the perfect mix of basic yoga techniques (I was a complete beginner) and guided meditations- the perfect start to a relaxing weekend and I didn’t even have to leave my apartment!
Thank you so much Anne, will definitely be attending future sessions with you- hopefully outside when the weather improves!Très agréable et session créative avec Anne! :-)
