About Yoga
I brings over 12 years of regular yoga practice with me. Working as a Principal architect in a startup took a sabbatical for 6 months to be trained as Hatha Yoga Teacher and have spent 21 rigorous weeks (s) getting trained at the Isha Hatha – School of Yoga, Coimbatore founded by Sadhguru. He is certified to teach Classical Hatha Yoga.
I offer Hatha Yoga programs to suit the needs of a variety of audiences and situations aimed at cultivating the body, mind and energies for peak performance at the workplace, and a joyful and fulfilling experience of life in all spheres.
I have a B.Tech from NIT, Trichy.
I offer classical Hatha Yoga in its purest form which has been transmitted for thousands of years, in its full sanctity and vibrancy. It is not taught merely for physical fitness and strength but as a holistic process of naturally achieving a certain mastery over the body and mind, so as to come to a state of health, joy and bliss.
