About Taylah
I've taught every grade level from elementary to high school. I played Division 1 basketball where I received my first degree in Physical Education. I also played professionally overseas. My husband played in the NFL and continues to play professional football now. My life is all about health and fitness! I love being active and finding new ways to enjoy staying fit and you will too!

My fitness lessons are fun, engaging, upbeat and interactive. If you're here for health lessons I've also got you covered, I received my master's in health education in 2022.
