About Taylah
I've taught every grade level from elementary to high school. I played Division 1 basketball where I received my first degree in Physical Education. I also played professionally overseas. My husband played in the NFL and continues to play professional football now. My life is all about health and fitness! I love being active and finding new ways to enjoy staying fit and you will too!
