About Whitney
Hi, I’m Whitney! I’m a homeschool educator, program director, and creative learning enthusiast who believes education should feel encouraging, engaging, and full of curiosity. With years of experience working with children in both homeschool and childcare settings, I love helping students grow in confidence while making learning feel less stressful and more enjoyable.
My teaching style is warm, patient, and interactive. I enjoy turning lessons into fun conversations, hands-on activities, games, creative challenges, and exciting “aha!” moments. Whether a student needs extra support, motivation, or simply someone who understands that every child learns differently, I strive to create a safe and uplifting environment where they can truly thrive.
I especially enjoy helping young learners discover that reading, writing, and learning can actually be exciting adventures instead of something to fear.

I take a patient, encouraging, and personalized approach to teaching. With years of experience homeschooling and working with children of different learning styles and abilities, I focus on helping students build confidence while strengthening reading, writing, comprehension, and basic academic skills.
A typical lesson includes reviewing previous concepts, interactive learning activities, guided practice, and fun educational games to keep students engaged. I adapt lessons based on each child’s pace and needs, whether they need extra support, enrichment, or help staying focused.
What sets me apart is my warm and supportive teaching style, real-life experience working with children, and ability to make learning feel less stressful and more enjoyable. My lessons are best suited for elementary and middle school students, homeschool learners, struggling readers, and students who benefit from individualized attention.
