About Kirsten
I am a Certified Advanced Personal Trainer, Life Coach, Bootcamp and Pilates instructor who has been in the fitness industry for 10 years. I have experience training individuals and groups as well as ladies who are pregnant. I have worked in gyms and in outdoor settings as well as training people online and in the comfort of their own homes.

I treat my clients holistically, meaning that we often look at the mental aspects of training as well. I focus on ALL areas of the body and encourage building the body to a point of optimal functioning. I encourage strength training, flexibility, cardio fitness and core stability exercise as well as including mindfulness and relaxation in your training program. I am also able to offer guidelines to healthy eating and mindfulness practices.
