Training can involve aspects of strength training, conditioning, mobility and, where necessary, rehabilitation.
I implement a range of training techniques from taichi to weight training. I approach training with a big picture point of view. Here are of some of the methods you might see in a program: boxing, calisthenics, aerobic exercise, weight training, and stretching.
I have over 6 years experience in coaching and education, working with a range of people from children to adults from all walks of life.
I hold a BSc (Psychology) and a Level 3 Personal training certificate.
I have a broad knowledge of human physiology and am a certified Thai massage therapist.
